The mission of World Day of Worship Ministry is to establish a day on which the Body of Christ will come together from around the world and worship The lord Jesus Christ in unity. When the Lord first gave me this vision, I thought it was mostly about worship, meaning singing praise, and I saw in my spirit the power of this event. But I now know that this is just as much about unity in Him, which is indeed a form of worship. We pray that as this ministry grows eventually, the whole "Church Of Jesus Christ" from every nation, tribe and tongue, will be worshipping Him together, with one voice of praise.
"All the earth shall worship Thee, and shall sing unto Thee; they shall sing to Thy name."
Psalm 66:4
"Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord."
Psalm 68:32
"Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise."
Psalm 98:4
"His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of His praise."
Habakkuk 3:3b
Purpose
To set aside a specific time for the whole body of Christ to join as one and focus our attention on God and worship Him with all that we are, whatever the cost, and to offer a living sacrifice to Him like none that has ever been, from the beginning of the world until now...
Statement of Faith
We believe in one God and that He eternally exists as three persons; The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
We believe God is all present, all powerful, all knowing and all good.
We believe all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
We believe that Jesus Christ, the sinless son of God, died on the cross and shed His blood for all mankind; He paid the price for our sins. He rose from the dead on the third day, and by accepting Him as our Saviour, and confessing Him as our Lord, and by putting our faith and trust in Him we receive forgiveness of sins, and are made right with God. In the name of Jesus, and by the power of His blood, all those who receive Him are set free from the grip and penalty of sin.
We believe that God created every person and deeply loves each one. He knows and cares about every intimate detail of their lives, and desires for each person to come to Him, so that He can have a relationship with them.
We believe that Jesus will never turn away anyone that comes to Him no matter who they are or what they have done.
We believe it is important for every one that accepts Jesus as their Lord and Saviour to be baptized in water.
We believe that God created every person for a purpose and that He has a plan for their life.
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every true believer in Jesus Christ, guiding them daily and empowering them to live a victorious Christian life, that He has given spiritual gifts to each member of His body, for the profit of the whole body, and for operation in the church today, that we must earnestly desire spiritual gifts, and that the greatest pursuit is love.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
We believe God is breaking down barriers between races, cultures, genders, Jew and gentile, heaven and earth, etc., and bringing into unity all things in Christ.
We believe that we must not forsake or neglect to assemble together as believers.
We believe all are expected to help fulfill the great commission to “go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature”.
We believe the Bible is the Holy inspired word of God and that it contains no error. Every word in it will come to pass, and in the bible we find wisdom, instruction, correction, reproof and doctrine.
We believe this life on earth is temporary, but that our spirits will exist eternally. We will all stand before God’s throne to be judged. Those who have accepted Jesus’ free gift of salvation will spend eternity in heaven with Him, and those who have not accepted Jesus will then pay the price for their own sins which is eternity in hell and separation from God.
We believe in miracles.
We believe Jesus is coming again and He will come with power and great glory, and every knee shall bow to Him and every tongue shall confess that He is Lord. Amen.
